MPSL has been working hard behind the scenes with an array of consultants on three different Lancet Homes developments, all of which were recently given the ‘green light’ by Oldham Council for work to begin.

Our team headed down to Winsford last month to have a look at the progress to date and we were amazed at just how far along the site currently is, many of the new homes are currently well underway and the project is well on track for completion in 2023.

Situated in the heart of Tame Valley, the power station has remained derelict, contaminated and lost without hope for over thirty years and although there have been several attempts to save it, those attempts have failed and grant funding missed.

Conor recently joined MPSL as an Apprentice Designer after learning about our apprenticeship program via social media. He’s always been a creative and practical person and after much thought and deliberation he decided to apply to MPSL as an apprentice in a bid to learn new skills and further his career.

Danielle joined the MPSL team in March 2021 and has over 5 years’ experience working as an Architectural Technician. Danielle has developed her technical drawing and building regulations knowledge through working mainly in the residential sector and has a passion for executing design lead detail drawings.
