The site at Baxters Lane is taking shape with the scaffold dropping on both blocks. Once a brownfield site, it will now be home to 28 new apartments.

Located within the suburban area of Sutton, to the south-east of St Helens Town Centre, having previously been operated by William Fishwick & Son Ltd.

The Site extends to 0.33 hectares of land, positioned to the western side of Baxters Lane. The Site itself is bound to the north and west by existing commercial uses, to the east by Baxters Lane, to the south by residential dwellings and open space.

The development will consist of 28 modern apartments. The apartments will be a mix of one, two and three-bedroom properties, and they will be ideal for first-time buyers, families and professionals.
