We’re delighted to see that work has finally begun on-site at Lancots Lane. Working alongside Torus and Stanley Investments, the scheme will bring beautiful and affordable homes to an ever growing community. The site will consist of 96 Shared Ownership and 72 Affordable Rent homes – Lancots Lane will bring a mix of 2-, 3- and 4-bedroom homes and bungalows to Sutton and continue Torus’ investment in building new, energy efficient, affordable homes in the area.

Senior Development Manager at Torus Developments, Colin Lafferty, said: “St Helens is an incredibly important area of focus for Torus and one we are wholeheartedly committed to investing in. Lancots Lane is the first of a number of largescale schemes we will be mobilising in St Helens and to be in a position to bring forward 168 new homes is something we’re really proud of.”
