During a recent site visit to review the construction of a new house type design, being built for the first time at Albemarle Homes Ltd development on Hatfield Lane, Armthorpe, we captured some photos of the completed homes.

The development is truly coming together, offering a glimpse of the fantastic environment it will provide for families to enjoy and build a vibrant community.

This scheme will bring 382 new homes to the area, offering a variety of 2, 3 & 4-bedroom dwellings. 98 of which will be affordable properties, appropriately dispersed across the site.

In addition, a mixed tenure provision, offering either ‘shared ownership’ or ‘affordable rent’ properties is proposed across the site, aiding local need.

The development will deliver a high quality residential community, which will create much needed open market and affordable housing.
