We are delighted to share that Hawthorn Grange has been shortlisted for Small Housing Development of the Year at the Insider Media Northwest Residential Property Awards.

It has been a pleasure to work as part of the design team, bringing 9 bespoke properties to Lymm for Cube Homes Ltd. This is a testament to the fantastic work of all involved.

Cube Homes acquired the former brownfield site in February 2022, with planning consent granted in August 2022. Situated just a short distance from the centre of Lymm, the properties will blend in with the area’s charming historic buildings and architecture.

This awards celebrate the remarkable achievements of the region’s residential sector!
